Jon and his team are awesome. Not only do they take every opportunity to make sure you are at ease and without pain (I'm referring to extraction and implant) but listen to this: as I was heading overseas for two months, Jon needed to see how the extract and bone graft was settling in before I took off, problem was my calendar and his couldn't find a common time. So, even though he had closed up for the Christmas break, he came in and opened his surgery, just for me. His unflappable charm, generosity and professionalism is a rare high point to be celebrated.
